More than a century of distillation knowledge and skill went into creating Arak Brun 10 Years. Ancient terraced Obeidi vines, a native grape variety of Lebanon, provide the grape alcohol used in this spirit. The main flavor is anise, a well-known Mediterranean herb that the property carefully chooses and harvests to guarantee the best quality and purity of its oils. Triple distillation in handcrafted copper alembics and a 10-year maturing period in traditional Lebanese clay jars are the steps in this ancient production method.
